1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
If your country is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be changed.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
